Sorry if my comment sounds so quick and short, but it's important you don't let fear take over your judgement, because the account that "accidentally" reported you, it's an hijacked account where a hacker will try to make you follow a link where a supposed staff member will try to "help" you when it's ALWAYS the same hacker who's trying to steal your account. Report and block!
